Post-Merger Integration Consultant

Sia Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Integration Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Integration team, you will play a critical role in successfully managing the diligence and/or integration of acquired entities for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Integration Project Planning: Form and lead cross-functional teams to create detailed integration project plans, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Project Management: Manage projects to keep milestones on track, address issues, and escalate concerns to the Integration management team and/or Firm Executives as needed.
- Communication and Reporting: Regularly report progress, provide updates, and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Scope Definition and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business M&A goals.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and manage changes in project scope.
- Post-Project Analysis: Participate in retrospective analysis to improve our M&A playbooks for future deals.
- Experience: At least 7 years of applicable experience, including managing various projects of increasing responsibility.
- Certifications: PMI or PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Advanced MS Office skills, including Project, Vision, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Familiarity with M&A tools, including Virtual Data Rooms, is a plus.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a high degree of business judgment and experience with mergers and acquisition diligence and integration activities.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence and lead resources across multiple functions, workgroups, and management levels.
- Compensation: $126K+ plus Annual Discretionary Bonus.
