Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees the budgeting and forecasting systems along with the associated database
  • Generates management reports utilizing the budgeting and forecasting systems
  • Conducts financial assessments for new business initiatives and overall organizational profitability
  • Works collaboratively with department heads to formulate action plans driven by data insights
  • Mentors and trains junior analysts within the team
  • Champions system enhancements and the integration of new technologies
  • Aids in the formulation of the five-year financial strategy
  • Provides support for accounting tasks, including general ledger entries
  • Ensures the precision of financial reports and variance analyses

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Preferred experience in healthcare Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office and database management
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders
