Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at The Home for Little Wanderers. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business strategy and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Three years' experience in financial analysis and planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software applications
