Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications efficiently.
- Assist with handling incoming inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients to identify opportunities for insurance solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and providing insurance solutions.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, is necessary.
Compensation Package: Estimated annual salary range: $45,000-$55,000. Benefits include flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, training & development, and company parties.
