Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's corporate priorities and pain points and develop a value proposition aligned with it.
  • Develop, foster, and manage C-Suite, executive, and key decision-maker relationships at assigned major accounts to align business strategies, goals, and technology roadmaps.
  • Enhance customer engagement by building a strong network at all levels inside the customer's organization and customer's supply chain.
  • Develop business solutions that solve customer application problems through the use of Schneider Electric's portfolio of software, services, and related systems.
  • Lead and facilitate a team selling approach and act as a liaison between your customers and the various Schneider Electric business units, innovation at the edge portfolio companies, and functional support teams.
Requirements
  • Utility domain expertise and market knowledge.
  • Consultative selling, account, and customer relationship development at senior levels, as well as running complex high-value sales strategies of multiple complex transactions.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across business units and partner companies to align account strategies and ensure that enterprise solutions are coordinated.
  • Extensive business solution selling experience and proven track record in selling/presenting to C-level business executives, especially to heads of IT, engineering, and operations.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a high degree of energy and competitiveness balanced with impeccable integrity and a personable demeanor.
  • Experience in the Electric Utility Market - Distribution & Prosumer Enterprise Software, hardware, and services.
  • Very strong ability to develop a vision within the context of the customers' business requirements.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
