- Lead and facilitate a team selling approach and act as a liaison between your customers and the various Schneider Electric business units, innovation at the edge portfolio companies, and functional support teams.
- Utility domain expertise and market knowledge.
- Consultative selling, account, and customer relationship development at senior levels, as well as running complex high-value sales strategies of multiple complex transactions.
- Strong ability to collaborate across business units and partner companies to align account strategies and ensure that enterprise solutions are coordinated.
- Extensive business solution selling experience and proven track record in selling/presenting to C-level business executives, especially to heads of IT, engineering, and operations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a high degree of energy and competitiveness balanced with impeccable integrity and a personable demeanor.
- Experience in the Electric Utility Market - Distribution & Prosumer Enterprise Software, hardware, and services.
- Very strong ability to develop a vision within the context of the customers' business requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
