Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Customer Accounts: Conduct thorough evaluations of customer accounts to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Resolve AR Delinquencies: Work closely with customers to resolve outstanding accounts receivable (AR) delinquencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and concise communication.
  • Prioritize Work Activities: Prioritize daily work activities to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, both inbound and outbound.
  • Document Conversations: Maintain detailed records of customer conversations, including payment arrangements and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • High School Degree: A high school degree is required for this role.
  • Experience: Previous experience in long-term care or retail pharmacy environments is preferred.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize work activities.
  • Customer Service Skills: A strong customer service focus is critical for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Pharmacy Technician License: A pharmacy technician license is required for this role.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Sitting and Standing: May sit or stand for seven to ten hours per day.
  • Climbing and Balancing: The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, walk, crawl intermittently.
