Job Title: Healthcare RCM Automation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare RCM Automation Specialist to join our team at Synergy Global Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare APIs and the ability to design, develop, and maintain automated solutions to optimize RCM workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain Python-based automation solutions for healthcare RCM applications.

  • Integrate and interact with various healthcare APIs (HL7, FHIR, EDI, etc.) to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RCM analysts, coding specialists, etc.) to understand automation requirements and develop efficient solutions.

  • Build, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable healthcare data processing pipelines.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation of RCM processes, ensuring high data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Optimize existing processes and develop new features to improve the RCM automation systems.

  • Stay updated on healthcare technology trends, particularly those relevant to RCM and data exchange standards.


Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Python development with a focus on healthcare automation.

Healthcare API Knowledge:
In-depth experience with healthcare APIs such as HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835, and other relevant data exchange standards.

RCM Automation:
Proven experience in automating complex workflows within the healthcare revenue cycle, including eligibility, claims processing, payments, and denials management.

Integration Skills:
Experience integrating with third-party healthcare software (EHR/EMR systems, billing software, etc.).

Problem-Solving:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex data and workflow scenarios.

Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Azure cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics in RCM processes.
