**About Us**

Criterion Child Enrichment is a leading provider of early intervention services, dedicated to supporting families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our trans-disciplinary team, you will work closely with families to provide education, training, and support to help their children learn and grow.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's developmental needs, in collaboration with families and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify children's strengths and areas of need.
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area, including parent coaching and education on child development and parenting strategies.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families, including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
  • Coordinate the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) for assigned caseload.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as early childhood education, special education, or child studies.
  • 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five years of age.
  • Working knowledge of computer-based technology, including Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.
