We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team as a Child Development Assistant Teacher. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a world-class team, make a difference in the lives of children, and pursue your passion for early learning.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
- Communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's day.
- Ensure the classroom is safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education required.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated experience working with children, preferably in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
As a Bright Horizons Children's Centers team member, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $21.09-$26.09 per hour, determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education. You will also have access to education assistance, including free CDA and ECE degrees, and a collaborative workplace designed to grow careers and support personal lives.
