We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our Communications team. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of social media strategies for federal government contracts, specifically for the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement audience-focused social media strategies to grow DSG's online presence.
  • Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to generate actionable insights and drive platform growth.
  • Collaborate with the digital media team to plan and organize content, maintain the digital media content calendar, and manage the social media scheduling calendar.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing social media accounts and developing content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and best practices for platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven ability to write and edit compelling copy that connects with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills for tracking and interpreting social media metrics and using data-driven insights to improve content performance.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a creative and critical mindset for advancing client projects.
  • Ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
