Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Outcomes Research Assistant to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Barrow Neurological Institute's Clinical Research Organization (BNI CRO) Outcomes Training Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage the packing and shipping of outcome measures equipment and disposable clinical research supplies to research sites across the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
  • Monitor and maintain outcomes equipment inventory and calibration status.
  • Maintain electronic training and certification records for outcome measure evaluators.
  • Assist the Outcomes Training Coordinator in performing grading activities for outcome measure evaluator certification.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for study sponsors and clinical sites for outcomes equipment management questions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as requested, including filing and organization of program documents.
Requirements
  • High School diploma and related college or certification coursework required.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Previous clinical research experience preferred.
  • Previous training relating to HIPAA and the use of protected health information required.
  • Basic computer skills required.
