Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Nurse to join our Neurosurgery Clinical Research Team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating all facets of assigned clinical protocols, ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all facets of assigned clinical protocols from IRB preparation through query and data seal
- Ensure protocol and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrate current knowledge of federal and state regulations, guidelines, and policies governing the conduct of clinical trials
- Ensure study documents are maintained in compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and policies
- Comply with licensure, contractual, protocol, and policy requirements
- Direct intradepartmental and external resource activities relating to assigned studies
- Assist in the review and development of proposed study budgets
- Ensure compliance with all study billing process requirements
Requirements:
- One year RN clinical experience in specialty area
- Three years of experience in acute care, stroke, or Neurology nursing preferred
- Working knowledge of research methodologies
- AZ RN license or eligible
