Job Summary

The O2C Process Architect Leader is responsible for designing, optimizing, and overseeing the end-to-end O2C processes within the organization. This role focuses on creating an efficient, scalable, and integrated process architecture that enhances customer experience and drives operational excellence across digital and non-digital commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive O2C process architecture framework that aligns with business goals.
  • Design end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and customer-centric.
  • Standardize O2C processes across the organization to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices.
  • Lead the implementation of new O2C processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to deploy process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure that all process changes are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Align O2C process architecture with the organization's strategic objectives and business model.
  • Identify opportunities for process innovation and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Develop roadmaps for O2C process improvement and transformation projects.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, sales, finance, customer service, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and drive consensus on O2C process architecture and design.
  • Communicate O2C process architecture vision and strategy to all levels of the organization.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of O2C processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular process reviews and audits to ensure compliance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance O2C process efficiency, quality, and performance.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to support O2C process architecture initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to employees on new processes and tools.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  • Create and maintain detailed O2C process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on O2C process architecture projects and outcomes.
  • Maintain an organized repository of process documentation for reference and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF) are a plus.
  • Extensive experience in process architecture, process design, or a similar role, preferably within the O2C domain.
  • Strong knowledge of O2C processes, including sales, order management, billing, and accounts receivable.
  • Proven ability to lead complex process improvement and transformation projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in process modeling techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Visio).
  • Experience with process automation tools and technologies is preferred.
