Role Overview:
The Superintendent or Project Manager (Class A Supervisor Certificate) is tasked with managing all facets of construction initiatives for commercial properties.

Key Duties:
  • Oversee every stage of the construction process, from initial planning through to final execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and financial parameters.
  • Develop and uphold project timelines, ensuring timely completion of all activities.
  • Monitor and manage project expenditures to adhere to budget constraints.
  • Provide ongoing updates to stakeholders regarding project status and any emerging challenges.
  • Identify and address any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of a Class A Supervisor Certificate.
