Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong leadership and management skills. As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will oversee the entire compensation and benefits process for our employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, specifically in multi-state payroll processing and compliance with payroll tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and implement compensation and benefits programs for employees across multiple states
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to payroll taxes and employee benefits
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate best pricing and services
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement comprehensive employee benefits packages
In this role, you will work closely with our HR team to design and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies that drive business results and attract top talent.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to analyze data and make informed decisions
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in payroll management, compensation and benefits, and regulatory compliance.
What We OfferLiberty Personnel Services, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
