Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Engage with guests, consult on their hair and makeup needs, and recommend products and services to meet their expectations.
- Service Delivery: Provide high-quality hair and makeup services, including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
- Sales and Product Knowledge: Meet or exceed sales goals, perform product demonstrations, and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, products, and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to achieve performance, people, and process goals.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized salon, salesfloor, and backroom, adhere to Ulta Beauty's dress code, and protect company assets.
- Cosmetology License: Must have a valid cosmetology license.
- Experience: Previous relevant salon experience is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in latest salon techniques, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
