Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Service Specialist III to join our team at Paradise Valley Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling to patients and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to ASWs and MFTIs
  • Assist Director in quality assurance and program development tasks for social services
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical records for all social service consults
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. or current registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or related licensed clinical practitioner
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
  • Minimum of one (2) year Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $31.00 to $47.45, with the exact starting compensation to be determined at the time of hire.
