Position Overview: Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist role is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to clients while identifying tailored financing options. This position is essential in fostering a loyal clientele through effective sales strategies, loan renewals, and customer referrals. Success in this position hinges on the ability to cultivate a positive client experience, drive business growth, adhere to regulatory standards, meet monthly performance targets, and ensure precision in all financial dealings.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients both in-person and via telephone, conducting necessary credit and employment checks.
  • Process payments, manage distributions, and provide recommendations for loan approvals.
  • Authorize loans within established parameters and supervise the closing of loan agreements.
  • Oversee activities related to collection accounts and maintain communication with clients.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, keep accurate records, manage cash transactions, and promote available financial products.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in consumer finance or a related sector.
  • Competence in cash handling, computer operations, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word applications.
Preferred Skills:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
Compensation Structure:
  • Hourly wage: $28.00
  • Performance-based quarterly incentive compensation.
Work Setting:
