Retail Key Carrier Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Key Carrier Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls Store 1196. As a Key Carrier, you will alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, taking on leadership responsibilities to maintain store operations and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and promoting a positive internal and external customer experience
- Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure, and ensuring store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan
- Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and exercise discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
- Maintain accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience and ensure Associates adhere to all operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with management and Associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates
- Provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates, and partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Competitive hourly rate: $14.00 to $14.50 per hour
