Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Supervisor to join our team at Bags, a leading parking provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our valet services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Coordinate the daily activities of our valet team, ensuring seamless execution of services and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring that all customer needs are met.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train valet attendants and dispatchers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
  • Logistics and Safety: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, store or retrieve guest belongings, and assist with luggage as needed.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Must be eligible to work in the United States, pass a pre-employment criminal background screening, and successfully complete a drug testing process.
  • Experience: At least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, tourism, or retail industries.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, and work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift.
  • Appearance Guidelines: Employees are expected to present a professional business-like image at all times, adhering to company appearance guidelines.
