**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as the Head of Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
**Requirements:
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 5 years' experience of progressing responsibility in sales and marketing, business development, or technical role in an A&D business.
- Prior successful experience in leading technical projects; project planning and successful proposal writing.
**Salary and Benefits:
- An estimated salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
