Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nephrology Care Specialist to join our team at the University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, cost-effective care to pediatric patients with hypertension, nephrotic syndrome, microhematuria, proteinuria, and CKD.

About the Role: The selected candidate will work with our pediatric nephrology inpatient team, consult with patients, and assess, evaluate, treat, and manage pediatric nephrology patients in our outpatient clinics. Our ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctorate's degree from an accredited Nursing Program (for Nurse Practitioners) or a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program (for Physician Assistants).

Requirements: Minimum state licensure for NP or PA, active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice, and board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. For PAs, active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice, and PA board certification. All candidates must have an active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
