We are seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Social Worker - Pediatric Neuromodulation to join our team at UW Health. As an advanced practice social worker, you will play a critical role in providing psychosocial support to patients and families served by the Pediatric Neuromodulation Clinic.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide advanced level social work services, including psychosocial assessment, intervention, and support to patients and families served by the Pediatric Neuromodulation Clinic. You will also connect with community and government programs to support resolution of psychosocial risks and barriers to discharge from the hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced level social work services, including psychosocial assessment, intervention, and support to patients and families served by the Pediatric Neuromodulation Clinic
  • Connect with community and government programs to support resolution of psychosocial risks and barriers to discharge from the hospital
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Social Work Required
  • Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW) in the state of Wisconsin within 90 Days Required or Certified Independent Social Worker (CISW) in the state of Wisconsin within 90 Days Required or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Wisconsin within 90 Days Required
  • 2 years prior hospital based social work experience Preferred

This role has an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
