Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our inpatient and ambulatory care teams. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team
  • Conduct routine physical exams
  • Conduct focused health histories and physical exams of patients with acute and/or chronic health problems
  • Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
  • Establish a working diagnosis and develop a treatment plan
  • Prescribe medications and/or treatment and monitor patient's response

**Education and Experience:**
If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.

Preferred - Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

**Licenses and Certifications:**
Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner*: Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Adult/Gerontology Acute Care, Adult, Adult/Gerontology Primary Care, or Family.
If Physician Assistant*: Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND Active PA board certification

**Salary and Benefits:**
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
