Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide personalized service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Management: Assist clients with opening and maintaining their accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Account Maintenance: Complete account maintenance tasks, such as address changes, debit card requests, and title changes.
  • Team Support: Assist the Relationship Banking team with account openings, CD renewals, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience: Possess knowledge of personal and private banking deposit products and processes, as well as banking rules and regulations.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within retail banking services, preferably in a commercial bank.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience with bank processing software, office automation equipment, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with exposure to accounting or finance courses is preferred or equivalent work experience.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, typically an 8-hour shift between 7:30am-5:30pm. The position will rotate between opening and closing shifts.
