Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at MBV-CA LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for QA technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with production teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, including sampling, testing, and inspection results.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures and improve overall product quality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science, biology, microbiology, or chemistry.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or control functions, preferably in a beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud, and the employee may occasionally be exposed to high-level noises.
