Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all catering events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Engage in operational aspects of catering, including logistics, quality enhancement, sanitation, and facility management.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement innovative menus.
  • Train catering staff in service techniques, menu presentation, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and manage labor and food costs for each event.
  • Maintain effective communication with management, clients, and team members to foster strong relationships.
  • Assist in overseeing all foodservice-related activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in food service, with at least 1 year in a management role.
  • Experience in various food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or healthcare.
  • Proven catering experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of food trends with an emphasis on quality, production, sanitation, and presentation.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
  • ServSafe Certification is required.
