Role Overview

Visa U.S.A. Inc. is seeking an Analytics Specialist (multiple openings) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating, collecting, and distributing technical insights through various communication channels within the organization.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to enhance product usability and instructional clarity.
  • Utilizing visual elements such as animations, graphs, and images to improve user comprehension of materials.
  • Ensuring content consistency across different platforms and media.
  • Gathering user feedback to refine and enhance content quality.
  • Working alongside engineers, support specialists, and developers to facilitate information flow among project teams during development and testing phases.
  • Maintaining uniformity of technical content across departments including product development, marketing, and customer relations.
  • Overseeing the complete processes for B2B media managed by Visa, ensuring accurate data ingestion and visualization updates on a weekly basis.
  • Collecting user feedback post-dashboard generation to optimize information presentation and visual elements.
  • Leading the creation of publications and deliverables for internal stakeholders in various digital formats.
  • Assisting in the verification of dashboard connections and collaborating with partners to devise strategies for process improvements aligned with business objectives.
  • Employing a variety of data visualization tools and analytical programs that incorporate coding languages.
  • Partnering closely with technology teams to enhance business insights and data publication processes, thereby improving the marketing organization’s ability to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Communicating with technical staff to enhance dashboard functionality and user interface.
  • Driving operational excellence by identifying and implementing initiatives that enhance efficiency and streamline processes, aiming for global consistency in B2B Data dashboard publications.
  • This position is based in our office and may offer flexible telecommuting options.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Statistics, or a related field, along with 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Analytics and Statistics.
  • Experience with Excel and Data Visualization tools.
  • Understanding of Media and B2B Performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Lead Management and Analysis.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Salesforce administration experience.
  • Expertise in Data Manipulation and Harmonization (e.g., ETL processes).
Additional Information

Worksite: This role is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work. Employees are expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position does not necessitate travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: The role will be performed in an office environment, requiring the ability to sit and stand at a desk, communicate effectively in person and via telephone, and operate standard office equipment.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is between $125,500.00 and $194,500.00 USD annually, which may include potential incentive payments. Salary may vary based on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for bonuses and equity as part of a comprehensive benefits package.
