About the Role
The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing key segments, including EV Charging, Electrical Switchgear, and general electrical supply
Manage customer relationships to ensure long-term growth and satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Provide excellent customer service and support
