Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Technician to become a vital part of our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough quality control assessments and inspections to ensure all financial products and services align with the company's rigorous standards.

3. Identify and address quality-related challenges promptly and effectively.
4. Develop, implement, and sustain the company's quality control documentation framework.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to all quality control protocols consistently.
6. Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality control standards and procedures.
7. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements in quality control technologies.
8. Ensure all quality control instruments and tools are properly maintained and calibrated.
9. Prepare and deliver quality control reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality Technician position or a comparable role.
2. Valid SQF certification is advantageous.
3. Proven experience with packaging, flexible packaging, X-Rite, and document control.
4. Strong understanding of food packaging standards.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and a solid commitment to quality.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
9. Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
10. Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
