As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight to our pediatric urgent care offices, ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence and quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to pediatric urgent care teams, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.
  • Develop and implement regional clinical quality improvement plans to drive performance and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with regional operations directors to establish strategies and standards for provider recruitment, training, and retention.
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide feedback to providers on clinical performance and quality metrics.
  • Develop and implement training programs for providers, including didactic, simulation-based, and skill-based training.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA pediatric or IM-Peds residency training program.
  • Board certified or eligible in pediatrics or emergency medicine.
  • Licensed in the state where the site(s) is located.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical pediatric urgent care or emergency medicine, with a minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience.
