Job Summary

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join their team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Prepare progress reports and documentation, keeping stakeholders informed about project status and any potential challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in construction management, particularly in overseeing large projects and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify issues quickly and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Keen focus on quality and safety, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
