Job Title: Director of Performance Improvement and Project Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Performance Improvement and Project Management to join our team at Behavioral Health Network, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our project management team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that meet business requirements and end-user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans that meet business needs.
  • Manage project resources, including budget, timeline, and team members, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
