Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications
  • Accountable to the supervising pharmacist for patient care and safety
  • May engage in complex medication distribution processes, have additional department responsibilities, and/or function in specialized areas of responsibility

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Actively registered with the State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willing to submit application
  • 1 year relevant pharmacy experience required
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification or obtained within 6 months of hire
