Principal Cybersecurity Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer who will take charge of designing and executing technical security measures to safeguard our information systems. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge in domains such as Email and Messaging Security, Data Protection, and Application Security. They will act as a Subject Matter Expert in their designated areas, working collaboratively with various teams to implement effective security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy technical security measures for the organization
  • Oversee the performance of technical controls and assess their effectiveness
  • Collaborate with different business units to ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Examine security tool data to detect patterns and irregularities
  • Contribute to the overarching security strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead or assist with after-hours change management as required
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers
  • Perform additional duties as necessary
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
  • CISSP, CISM, or similar security certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-driven with a keen attention to detail
