Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless processes and efficient workflows.
  • Oversee the preparation, cooking, and serving of our pizza products to maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant.
Team Leadership
  • Supervise and motivate the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Train and develop staff on operational procedures, customer service, and company policies.
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts to optimize productivity and maintain excellent customer service.
Customer Service
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
  • Implement and enforce customer service standards to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Financial Management
  • Assist in managing the budget, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
  • Monitor sales, expenses, and financial performance to achieve targets.
Quality Assurance
  • Enforce quality control measures to guarantee the consistency and excellence of our pizza products.
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold brand standards.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating positive experiences.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
