Role Overview:

The Sr. Enterprise Architect will be an integral member of the global enterprise architecture Tech Foundations team, responsible for shaping the enterprise architecture strategy, defining capability frameworks, and establishing architectural standards. This role will drive the comprehensive execution and realization of the architectural vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with solution and data architects, as well as domain architects and technical leads, to define and refine the north star architecture strategy and blueprints for global tech foundations, including data & AI platforms, integration solutions, and next-generation marketing frameworks.
  • Develop and enhance large-scale technology transformation and migration strategies for critical business and technology initiatives.
  • Utilize our capability modeling framework and domain-driven design principles to outline the future state architecture and evolution strategies.
  • Translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations through value and impact mapping methodologies, steering towards a value-driven portfolio management approach.
  • Provide architectural oversight and guidance across relevant technology organizations and product teams to ensure alignment with enterprise-level goals.
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments for high-priority initiatives with clearly defined outcomes.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software design, development, and integration of complex systems, with at least 3 years in leading architecture roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in architectural modeling, with knowledge of key concepts such as DDD, microservices, and REST APIs.
  • Experience across all facets of architecture and engineering, including application development, data platforms, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Familiarity with a global technology landscape and a proven track record of establishing standards and defining future roadmaps.
  • Ability to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to articulate the value of new or evolving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Systems thinking approach.
  • Capability to analyze complex problems from various perspectives, including technology and business models.
  • Proven ability to manage competing demands and set realistic expectations.
  • Self-motivated influencer with strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in aligning technical roadmaps with key business strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards common objectives.
  • Familiarity with modern product management and engineering methodologies.
