About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Event Staff to join our team at AEG. As a Security Event Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees at various events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a visible security presence to guests and employees
  • Screen all persons entering ticketed and/or secure areas for valid credentials/tickets
  • Assist guests with questions regarding directions, information about the facility, parking, and disabled assistance
  • Report emergencies to the track Unified Command Center
  • Respond to requests for help
  • Enforce speedway policies and procedures
  • Perform various additional tasks as assigned
Performance Measures
  • Courtesy and diplomacy with internal and external customers
  • Attendance and punctuality
  • Attention to detail
Requirements
  • Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak and read English
  • Neat and clean appearance
  • Positive attitude and great work ethic
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and nights
  • The ability to work long hours on your feet in an outdoor setting
  • Must be able to work with the public and be able to solve problems
