About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate processing of bi-weekly payrolls. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will make you a valuable asset to our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payrolls with accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor time recording and ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Support financial reporting and provide accurate payroll data to the finance team
  • Administer pension plans and ensure timely contributions
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
