Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Fisher College team as a HR - Payroll and Benefits Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include managing the College's payroll, benefits, and human resources information systems (HRIS).
Job Description:
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee the College's payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions and employee benefits enrollments.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Responsible for data entry and record-keeping for the College's HRIS systems, including employee information and benefits data.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees, managers, and vendors, addressing payroll and benefits-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- An associate degree (or equivalent) in human resources, accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of directly applicable experience in human resources and payroll.
- Experience with HRIS is required; experience with Paycom is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: $75,000 per year.
