Job Summary
Adecco is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the airport. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensure seamless pickup experiences, and support airport operations.

About the Role
This is a 40-hour per week contract position with a start date in 1-2 weeks. You will work on-site at BUFFALO NY 14221, with occasional travel to JFK Airport, New York City. The pay rate is $24.67 per hour, and the duration of the contract is approximately 4-6 months with potential extension.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
• Welcome riders into the Pickup Zone and guide them on using the app to order a ride and connect with their driver
• Introduce riders to in-app support channels and ensure a seamless pickup experience
• Provide on-site customer support, resolving real-time issues and enhancing the rider experience
• Monitor and manage vehicle flow, ensuring safe and efficient pick-up/drop-off areas
• Assist with the setup and management of Uber's designated airport zones, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with airport policies

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• At least one year of experience in customer service, airport operations, event logistics, brand ambassador roles, or traffic/parking management
• Physical ability to work outdoors, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Attention to detail and familiarity with airport layouts and procedures (a plus)
