About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in New Jersey. As a key member of our Life Sciences and Healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring seamless project execution and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct inspections, manage documentation, and ensure that all work meets client specifications and industry standards.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges on-site while maintaining a focus on project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, particularly on Life Sciences or Healthcare projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in overseeing large pharmaceutical renovations.
  • Experience with MEPs is preferred.
