Core Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
  • Oversee HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Conduct tests and schedule inspections for fire protection, security, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance
  • Perform regular and emergency repairs throughout the facility
  • Experience in maintenance areas such as electrical systems, preventative maintenance, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, vendor management, and EPA regulations
  • Uphold the comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a maintenance role focusing on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Must successfully complete all required pre-employment and annual assessments and adhere to all relevant training and state and federal guidelines
