Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team at Lifespace Communities. As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily quality assurance inspections to ensure work meets our high standards.
- Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and excellent show appearance.
- Coordinate and assist with room transfers and spring cleaning projects.
- Coordinate the work schedules and procedures of the department.
- Ensure all team members have completed training on equipment, chemicals, and community policies.
- Monitor equipment and supplies used in daily operations.
- Conduct monthly chemical and supply inventories and order needed items within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Three to five years applicable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A state-issued driver's license with a driving record clear of infractions.
