Job Overview

As the AVP, UniFi Integration Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading client UniFi integrations, leveraging your technical expertise to drive seamless connections between client websites and point-of-sale systems. This position requires a strong understanding of modern web development technologies, including RESTful web services, Java, PHP, and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Commercialization teams to engage in sales discussions, providing technical and business process expertise within the UniFi domain.
  • Utilize knowledge of current SYF and industry POS technology to identify suitable solutions based on client needs.
  • Work closely with the Go to Market team to deliver end-to-end UniFi integrations.
  • Partner with client technology groups as the technical resource from discovery through production rollout, ensuring successful connections to UniFi.
  • Analyze and provide solutions to client challenges during the integration process.
  • Drive improvements to processes and tools used by the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Remove roadblocks for the UniFi integration team.
  • Capture client feedback and submit it to UniFi train leaders and product development teams for continuous improvement and new capabilities.
  • Lead the execution of systems, integration, and user acceptance testing to support the roll-out of new features and functionality.
  • Create and update UniFi integration documentation as new features are introduced.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Technology experience or equivalent leadership program experience in developing and implementing information systems and project management.
  • Strong familiarity with modern web development technologies, including RESTful web services, Java, PHP, and JavaScript.

  • High aptitude for client-facing soft skills, including sales-oriented mindset and persuasion.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage performance.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management, and external groups.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and apply lessons learned.
  • Strong analytical and technical skillset used to drive requirements, testing, and production validation.
  • Capability to communicate effectively with both business and technology teams, acting as a bridge between the two worlds.

Grade/Level: 10

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 USD Annual, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level, or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro, and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process.
  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.
  • Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post.
