Role Overview:
We are currently hiring for a Recovery Specialist II position at the Santa Cruz County Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) under Telecare Corporation. This exciting opportunity involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide care that addresses the physical and psychological needs of members served.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing individualized service plans in accordance with Medicaid standards.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $54,632 and $65,528, based on a 40-hour workweek and hourly wage range of $26.31 to $31.72. This compensation package reflects the location and demands of the position.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or a BA/BS degree with one year of experience in mental health. Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies, is essential. Certification as a CNA or its equivalent is also acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge.
