Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Specialist II to join our team at the Santa Cruz County Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF). The successful candidate will provide care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served, providing direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing care that addresses the physical and psychological needs of members served.
- Implementing individualized service plans in accordance with Medicaid standards.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or a BA/BS degree with one year of experience in mental health. You should also possess knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies. Certification as a CNA or its equivalent is also acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge.
