As a key member of our front office staff, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the patient services team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling phone calls and emails.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and clinical staff, ensuring efficient communication and excellent customer service.
- Collect copays, payments, and accurately post to patient accounts.
- Make outbound calls to patients to improve population health and schedule appointments.
- General administrative duties, as assigned.
- At least two years of professional experience, with healthcare experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and retain new computer skills to support business needs.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
