Brain Injury Rehabilitation Counselor

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Brain Injury Res Counselor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with brain injuries and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:- Assist with the daily operations of a group home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents.
- Provide crisis intervention and support individuals with their physical needs.
- Participate in the implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and maintain accurate documentation.
- Transport individuals to day programs, appointments, and activities as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience working with intellectually disabled or brain-injured adults.
- MA Driver's License required.
- Med Administration certification.
