Job Title: LPN Floater

Join Vinfen, a leading provider of community-based services, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Floater. In this role, you will provide person-centered clinical care to adults with brain injuries or behavioral conditions in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role:

As an LPN Floater, you will be responsible for assessing the physical health needs of individuals and providing skilled nursing interventions as indicated. You will work in a small number of comfortable residential settings, developing relationships with the people we serve, their families, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care and administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines
  • Assist individuals to become a part of their communities
  • Communicate any change in status to appropriate individuals and perform individual assessments
  • Provide skilled nursing interventions as indicated

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Massachusetts
  • 1-2 years of supervised practical experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
  • Experience working with people with brain injuries or behavioral conditions preferred
